Is it the ship of state or a ship of fools? Or Obama in the guise of George Washington, but instead of crossing the Delaware, he's floating in the Gulf of Mexico, oil rigs in the background, surrounding by the canyons of Wall Street. The party of "No" have come along for the ride.
